Kari Stephensen-McGhie, LPC, NCC

About Me:

Everyone has struggles. It's part of being human. I see myself as a catalyst in the process towards change. I work with clients to identify their own capacity and build on strengths to find their own answers. There doesn't have to be a a severe mental disorder in order for a person to benefit from therapy. I believe every human being strives for and has the capacity to fulfill his or her own potential. While we can't change our past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current conflicts, patterns and behaviors in our lives and relationships with others. I strive to provide individuals with empathy and an environment free from judgement. I offer support, guidance, and structure so the client can discover personalized solutions within themselves. I hope to act as a mirror for individuals to help reflect their own thoughts and feelings in order to see the whole picture. I also offer hypnotherapy to treat a variety of issues and can be used in addition to individual counseling sessions. I would be honored to join you in your personal journey of self-discovery.

Cassandra Apodaca

Personal Development Coach

About Me:

I am currently offering Personal Development Coaching services while I pursue my bachelor’s in psychology and master’s degree in clinical counseling.  I will be starting my baccalaureate program at Boise State University in the fall of 2024. My skills have always been towards helping and healing people. I have grown to understand the greatest healing comes from changes within the individual. Coaching is different from therapy in that we are not revisiting past wounds to heal them, we are taking the healing lessons from therapy and applying them to current life situations and future life goals. This will look different throughout the span of your life. It can be a new relationship that you are showing up for in a way that has a pattern of previous relationships that you want to move on from. It can be a goal of starting something that a fear is not letting you pursue. Coaching comes in many forms and I have a desire to help you enjoy your life. If we get into topics that need a deeper dive from past traumas, Kari Stephensen-McGhie has graciously offered to take on any clients that need a more focused therapy treatment. Please book an appointment so we can start the path to a life you enjoy.
